Yeast pick-up started tonight down at the Dogfish Head Pub in Rehoboth....we went through half of our allotted supply. If you are planning on entering, I would suggest you get on your horse and ride to the pub or either XtremeBrewing location; plop down your $5 and get your propagation in rotation (?). If ANYONE has questions about the yeastie-feastie - drop me a note. I'll respond to any legitimate concern........

MARCH MEETING
The March meeting will be on Thursday, March 10th. We'll be gathering at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach. Things will get started in the upstairs dining room around 7pm. Feel free to bring samples of your latest creations, but it is not required to join in the fun. All we ask you to bring is a $1 donation.
Topics of discussion for this meeting are providing details about the upcoming 2011 Mad Brewer Competition, as well as updates on the Delaware State Fair competition. Remember, Thursdays are $6 pizza night at Dogfish Head, some come on in for dinner and the meeting. Hope to see everyone there.
